I commented that I have accomplished the settings correctly, but I have only reached a speed of 144 mbps with Broadcom adapter. I have two objectives: First: Configure hostapd and get a speed of 300 mbps. (I require recommendation model of wireless adapter will need to buy) Second: Configure hostapd with an adapter Dual Band simultaneously. (I require recommendation model of wireless adapter will need to buy) The service configuration via teamviewer could be made one day and schedule previously agreed.
